Wi-Fi / WLAN at the HTW Dresden
Since the installation and commissioning of the first WLAN access point on 11 November 2004, the wireless network at the HTW Dresden has been continually expanded. Please note that due to structural conditions, it may only be possible to have sufficient WLAN reception in the immediate vicinity of an access point, and that WLAN coverage at the HTW is not offered campuswide.
Currently there are two wireless networks at the HTW Dresden:

The WLAN "VPN/WEB" is intended for guests of the university. It can also be used by members of the HTW for the initial setup of eduroam.
