Join our International Week in Dresden!
We are very glad to invite you to the next edition of our International Week 2025, aimed at higher education staff from HTWD partner institutions (teaching and non-teaching staff). Both our European partners (Erasmus+ programme) and our partners from overseas are warmly welcome to attend our International Week.

WORKSHOPS 09.00 - 12.00 a.m.
The topics are still to be finalised in detail.
1. “Unlocking Cultures: An Intercultural Workshop for Connection and Growth”
In this workshop we will explore the meaning of culture and intercultural competence. Through simulations and practical exercises we will discover different ways of understanding and developing intercultural competence, we will get to know intercultural communication strategies and experience challenges and opportunities in intercultural cooperation.
2. Communication and Marketing
3. Supporting young entrepreneurs – entrepreneurship services @HTWD
Come along on a guided tour of our startup incubator, meet different startups and find out how HTWD helps to grow young entrepreneurs.
4. Career Services @HTWD - Network formats, qualification and advice
We will introduce you to the various offers and network formats of the Career Service based on the conditions at the HTWD and would like to exchange experiences and ideas with you. In this workshop, we will focus on the format of the university's own career fair, work together in small groups to develop and discuss various aspects of preparation and implementation (e.g. marketing, program and event planning).

Airport Dresden International
Airport Dresden International (DRS) is located in the north of Dresden. We recommend to take the city train „S2“ (train station under the airport) to the main train station („Hauptbahnhof“) to reach the city center in ca. 20 minutes. The train runs every 30 minutes. You need a single ticket in the Dresden fare zone (valid on S-Bahn, tram and bus)

Dresden is served by two big train stations („Dresden Neustadt“ and „Dresden Hauptbahnhof“). Please make sure that your train arrives to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof).

The International Week meets the general requirements for Erasmus+ staff mobility. However, participation alone does not guarantee Erasmus+ funding.
