Room enquiries

You are welcome to contact us for room enquiries for additional lectures, operational relocation of lectures, consultations, exams, thesis defences, etc. within and outside of the event time! Please do not forget to inform us if you do not need a booked room!

During the examination period, room allocation is carried out by the Examination Office only!

Room request for a special event

Please send room requests for special events (such as external room rental, conferences/conventions, meetings of student representatives, consultations, celebrations, seminar group meetings, etc.) to the Technical Department. You can find detailed information on this under Event Management.

Option A is mainly assigned to the younger semesters. In the case of a course with different combined semesters, the younger semesters are prioritised, which can result in a mixture of options within a week in the older semesters.

V  =  Lecture
Ü  =  Exercise
Pr =  Internship

         Compulsory (no additional information)
w  =  Elective

The academic year results from the first two digits of the study group number that was communicated when you enrolled.
Example: 24/047/71 = academic year 2024

In the case of leave of absence or committee work lasting more than one semester, the academic year shifts to a later year and the study group number changes accordingly.
Example: A student who was enrolled in study group 24/047/71 and was granted leave of absence for 1 semester during his studies and can provide evidence of committee work for another semester automatically moves to study group 25/047/71 and is now in the Academic year 2025.

Room names comprise a letter (which indicates the location) and three digits (the first digit indicates the floor). Examples:
S 325 = seminar building, 3rd floor, seminar room 325 or
