Service overview and instructions

According to its structure, the Centre for Information Services and Digital Transformation (ZID) divides the services as follows:

The service overview below links to the relevant service pages where you can find information about the service itself and instructions.

Please note that there are restrictions on the use of the services of the ZID which depends on the membership to one of the groups students, employees or guests (non-HTW members). With their approval, guest auditors receive an restricted HTW login with the associated HTW e-mail address, which gives them access to DOM PCs and the learning plattform OPAL.

Below you'll find contact persons to services of other departments of the HTW Dresden about whom inquiries are often made to the ZID by mistake. In addition, we would like to point out selected services of the German Research Network (DFN) and affiliated institutions, which members of the HTW Dresden can use for free with a valid HTW login.
