The Faculty of Electrical Engineering regularly organises scientific seminars. They are intended to be the starting point for meetings between scientists, university lecturers, students and experts from industry, trade and education. They are intended to encourage dialogue on problems of theory and practice in the specialist areas of

• Electrical power engineering
• Electrical transport systems
• Computer technology
• Process automation
• Communication technology
• Optical communications engineering/radio systems

stimulate future teaching content and help to concentrate forces on scientifically interesting focal points. This invitation is primarily aimed at interested parties in

• Saxon colleges and universities
• Companies and businesses in Saxony
• educational institutions and schools.

However, guests from outside the region are also cordially invited to attend these events.
