Room reservations

Whether you want to write your thesis quietly or prepare for your next exam with your study group - as a member of the HTWD, you can conveniently book suitable rooms in the Central Library online or on-site.

Group rooms

The Central Library has two group study rooms for up to 8 people each. Group rooms can be booked for a maximum of 4 hours. If bookings are not taken up within 15 minutes of the start of the booking, we will unblock the rooms for other users. You also have the option of borrowing whiteboard markers and a projector for the use in our group rooms.

Single-user cubicles (Carrels)

There are 5 individual study cubicles available in the Central Library, one of them is barrier-free and offers space for an accompanying person. Individual work cubicles can be booked for a maximum of 3 days at a time. You also have the option of connecting your own notebook to a monitor at all workstations. All common HDMI adapters are available at the lending desk.
