It is important to show performance on the job. Another skill is to be aware of your own rights and duties. With your knowledge you are able to assess your contract and to act self-confident in contract negotiations. Additionally you learn about important German terms in labour law to avoid suprises and to get equipped for difficult situations (Tarifverträge, Zeitarbeit, Arbeitsort, Kündigung).
