Applicants from abroad with a German HZB, i.e. from a German school in Germany or abroad, are on equal terms with German applicants. Please follow the instructions for German applicants.
Study objectives
After completing your studies, you will have specialist knowledge in automation technology, energy and drive technology, communications engineering or mechatronics, depending on the individual focus of your studies.
You can apply your theoretical and practical know-how in the field of computer technology as well as for regenerative power generation or the construction of complex electrical systems. You are able to develop electronic communication or control systems at the highest level and adapt them to the latest requirements and can make electrical energy efficiently usable in all areas.
With your specialist skills, you can take on comprehensive planning and design tasks, product and project management for technical sales or quality assurance.
Further studies at the HTW Dresden
Master Electrical Engineering (2 Semesters)
Through my studies of electrical engineering at the HTW Dresden I have acquired knowledge that can be applied in many different ways. Thus I was already working as a design engineer as well as a calculation engineer and now I am working as a sales engineer at Siemens Dresden.
