Neue Projektmitarbeiterin steht Internationalen Studierenden mit Rat und Tat bei der Vermittlung in den Arbeitsmarkt zur Seite / New project employee provides international students with advice and assistance in finding employment

Seit Juni 2023 übernimmt Laman Gurbanova die Mitarbeit im Projekt "Scouting" innerhalb des Career Service der HTW Dresden.

Das Projekt steht allen internationalen Studierenden mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn es um Karriereplanung und Beratung sowie Bewerbungscoaching geht. Zahlreiche Workshops werden innerhalb des kooperativen Projekts gemeinsam mit der Technischen Universität Dresden angeboten. Ob es um Fragen zum deutschen Arbeitsrecht, Steuern, Bewerbungen oder Gehaltsverhandlungen geht - für alle Bedürfnisse ist sowohl als Webinare, Präsenzseminare oder E-Learning-Kurse etwas dabei. Nicht zuletzt begleitet das Projekt internationale Studierende bei der Suche nach Praktikumsplätzen und Einstiegsstellen in Dresdner Unternehmen und führt dafür Exkursionen, Veranstaltungen und Job Talks durch.

Gefördert wurde "ScoutingDD" bis 2023 aus Mitteln der Fachkräfteallianz Dresden. Es handelte sich um ein kooperatives Projekt der HTW Dresden und der TU Dresden. Von 2024 bis voraussichtlich August 2025 kann das Projekt unter dem Titel “Scouting” sachsenweit aus Landesmitteln fortgeführt werden.

Since June 2023, Laman Gurbanova has been working on the "Scouting" project within the Career Service at HTW Dresden.

The project supports all international students with advice and assistance when it comes to career planning and counseling as well as application coaching. Numerous workshops are offered within the cooperative project together with the Dresden Technical University. Whether it's questions about German labor law, taxes, job applications, or salary negotiations - there is something for all needs in the form of webinars, face-to-face seminars or e-learning courses. Last but not least, the project supports international students in their search for internships and entry-level positions in Dresden companies and organizes excursions, events and job talks for this purpose.

“ScoutingDD” was funded by the Fachkräfteallianz Dresden until 2023. It was a cooperative project between HTW Dresden and TU Dresden. From 2024 until probably August 2025, the project can be continued throughout Saxony under the title “Scouting” using state funds.
